Developmental Training Workshop Coordinator

The position of Workshop Coordinator requires a creative and energetic individual responsible for all facets of the Developmental Training program working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements:
Successful experience in obtaining contract work, conducting time studies, and the ability to implement and evaluate production is required. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of data systems, including database development and queries. Experience with social entrepreneurship is needed, as well as experience transitioning individuals with developmental disabilities from workshop to supported or competitive employment. Knowledge of self advocacy, person-centered planning, transportation coordination and DHS Rule 119 is also required.
