GROUP LEADERS are accountable for technical planning, forming projects, managing multiple projects and engineering teams consisting of Technicians and Project Managers. He/she provides strong leadership, technical direction and insures that team members are continually trained in Doka formwork systems. Insures that the team represents the proper use of Doka USA concrete forming equipment for customers and provides technical assistance to the sales department from the project design stage to project inception and completion. Must be analytical (statics), self-motivated team players possessing computer proficiency including AutoCAD (2000 or newer). 4-7 years of related experience. Experience with concrete forming preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (civil, construction, or structural) required. PE a plus.
