Department Description Assist CSO Documentation Team with the current release:
. Work with the person assigned to the current software release to research and resolve testing issues using the CQCM (defect) tool . Assist product teams as they update Low Level Task (LLT) documents by creating PDFs and updating links in the Upgade Taskflow . Attend all meetings related to current release . Assist person assigned to SA (Service Automation) documentation by creating and editing Web-based documents for the SA tools
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations This position will provide support to the person assigned to the current release to update the Upgrade Taskflow in Microsoft Project as well as the Microsoft Word for the LLT documents by the product teams. This position will also support the person assigned to the SA portal and tools to produce documentation for these tools will also be Specific Knowledge/Skills Candidate's Graduation date must occur on or after September 1, 2012. Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree, major in Communications, Technical Communications or English strongly preferred. Excellent people skills, will be working closely with Engineers and Project Managers. Work well in fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. Need to have proficient use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project a plus Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Professional a plus
