Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is composed of industry-leading brands, including Bosch, Dremel, Gilmour, Rotozip, Skil and Vermont American. Bosch designs, manufactures, and sells power tools, rotary tools, and accessories, as well as lawn and garden equipment. These channels include industrial supply houses, tool specialist, and rental firms, as well as retail hardware stores, mass merchants, and home improvement centers. Professionals and do-it-yourselfers benefited from numerous 2005 new tool products and innovations.
Job Description :
Job Description 1. Direct the priorities and initiatives to the Sales Team for revenue and gross margin goal achievement within the channel. Develop and implement specific key account programs for 70% of the channel volume and general programs for sell-in and sell-through for all customers within the channel. 2. Lead cross-functional teams for new product and services introductions within the channel to build Bosch brand preference through price management, value-added product tie-ins and co-op advertising strategies. Each channel management manager also has specific product categories to support for channel launches across the entire Sales Team. ively support field events and trade shows relevant to the channel and key account calls. This includes specific account requirements like line reviews, develop annual account business plan and all other appropriate direct account support. elop and sustain regular brand marketing communications to the Sales Team updating programs, product information, events and performance success stories. Assist in cross-channel communication within the brand marketing team and Sales Team to improve awareness and support of all brand initiatives. 5. Manage budget spending while driving revenue through the development and use of sales materials, merchandising systems, collateral materials and product support tools like sell-in or sell-through promotions, trade incentives and other stimulus programs.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics with 2-4 years experience or two relevant internships in a marketing role: brand, channel, associate trade marketing, Including candidates who are entry level and have been coordinating projects for Home Depot account. Experience in planning, strategic development/promotions and a track record and accountability for attaining results. Strong business/finance acumen, demonstrated leadership and project management skills. Experience with marketing promotions with Home Depot and Lowes a plus.
