Currently, Kelly IT has an exciting new opportunity for a Director, eCommerce Change Management to manage and execute the communication and organizational change activities related to the global implementation of a new Digital eCommerce Marketing technology platform.
This role will establish the team, structure, processes and governance to successfully achieve the program s objectives and benefits. The Change Leader will serve in a critical leadership role for one of our clients in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago.
Key job responsibilities:
  1. Create the structure, strategies and processes to drive the change required to successfully deliver and sustain the Digital Marketing future state and benefits including communication, organizational design, process engineering and training.
  2. Act as an inspirational leader and coach to all levels of the organization. Implement a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
  3. Direct the team in the development of communication plans, messages and materials acting as an author when needed.
  4. Develop and manage training strategies for process, technology and behavior changes including instructor led, online training, etc.
  5. Drive the organizational design and process engineering to ensure the to-be state and transition plan is defined and delivered.
  6. Define the communication strategies and guide the creation of communication plans.
  7. Develop and deliver key messages to leadership / key stakeholders using a variety of communication vehicles in support of the communications plan.
  8. Define and track metrics that measure the adoption of change and drive corrective action to variances. Proactively identify risks, and plan and execute risk mitigation strategies.
  9. Coach key stakeholders and leaders to fulfill the role of change sponsors and agents, and to drive sustainability.
  10. Identify resistance and performance gaps, and develop and execute corrective actions while, at all times, being a positive motivator and enabler.
  11. Review and approve all change management deliverables.
  12. Plan and execute sponsorship activities with key stakeholders to ensure they are aligned and actively embracing change.
  13. Setup and support a Change Agent network.
  14. Continually gather feedback from stakeholders and adjust strategies as needed. Carefully balance change management activities to be meaningful, relevant and timely being sensitive to over communicating. Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrate success.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Learning, Communications Organization Behavior, Organization Development or similar fields.
• 10+ years experience in providing organizational change management solutions in support of large-scale process/technology projects.
• Experience with change management methods and tools.
• Expert in written and oral communication with the ability to communicate at all levels from individual contributors to CEO.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Must be available for minimal travel.
• Highly motivated, energetic and dynamic presence.
• Expert at building teams and motivating people.
• Able to effectively defuse and resolve conflicts.
