Paladin is looking for a Marketing Director who has experience working in financial services, market data or technology industries and working with multi-faceted marketing strategies within these industries, especially with fixed-income background. The company works with some of the largest organizations in the country, and it provides products and services to help support their clients’ operational workflow and other activities.
You will have experience with implementing marketing programs that support analytics, evaluated pricing and reference data services. The focus will be on generating revenue and strengthening the company’s new and existing products and services among existing clients and new market segments to attract new business.
Responsibilities
Experience working with lead generation programs and CRM systems to measure and manage marketing ROI.
Develop strategies and plans with sales and product management that clearly reflect and consider the company’s overall vision and objective.
Handle marketing programs from concept to completion: messaging, creative, copywriting and execution
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the company’s evaluated pricing and reference data services to clients, prospects and new market segments.
Oversee a multitude of projects including developing content to send out in a variety of conduits, managing ad campaigns (online and offline), client interactions, lead generation campaigns, brand management and event support.
Create materials for sales team and maintain analysis and research library to give the company and team a competitive positioning.
Direct lead generation to sales team, and measure for ROI.
Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams across company to create a powerful product and service story that gets communicated consistently through sales.
Document marketing activities that meet requirements for compliance reporting.
Requirements
Must have 8-10 years of financial services and/or technology product marketing experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in the fixed-income market is desirable.
Managing and executing lead generation programs required.
Experience in developing and/or working with customer and prospect databases required.
Strong project manager with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and combine strategic thinking while executing on project details.
Experience interacting and collaborating with people in different functions across an organization.
Creative thinker with excellent writing and communication skills.
