Job Description
•Prepare document management plans prior to organizing new study files.
•Following index list and document management plan, prepare clinical study files; index, scan and archive documents.
•Perform file maintenance as needed.
•Reconcile document transmittal form when receiving records.
•Utilize ""check-out"" system when original records are requested.
•Assist in training and support users on navigating and locating documents in the web based system (e.g., OBOL OnBase OnLine) for viewing records.
•Review current methods and processes and provides recommendations where improvements can be made.
•Evaluates records management process for completeness, efficiency, and accuracy by doing quality checks.
•Ensure security and preservation of study records.
•QC paper and electronic version of study records for completeness, efficiency, and accuracy.
•Maintain TMFs in an audit ready condition.
•Maintain and revise Organization of Clinical Study Documentation SOP as needed.
•Participate on project teams as needed.
Job Requirements
•High school diploma required. Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred. Medical terminology helpful. Knowledge of records management, scanning equipment, and software applications strongly preferred. Experience in clinical research a plus.
•Good oral and written communication skills.
•Experience in position(s) requiring limited supervision.
•Experience working in a global environment preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Effective written & oral communication with functional groups and manufacturing h school and 3 or more years experience with Baxter Product Data
•Management/documentation systems or equivalent change control system.
•Three (3) or more years of proofreading experience with labeling and labeling related specifications.
•Proficient word processing skills
•Product data/document configuration management
