Email and Mobile Marketing Analyst
-Interface with sales and marketing personnel to determine email, mobile SMS and other interactive marketing campaign, reporting and analysis requirements. -Perform email and mobile SMS campaign management, execution, reporting and analysis. -Provide guidance, training and administrative support to market personnel on email, mobile SMS, reporting and analysis applications. -Use a variety of tools to determine optimal audience targeting criteria for solo, targeted email programs, and execute upon programs. -Manage day to day support of e-mail and mobile SMS vendor systems; including communication on enhancements, changes, support issues, outages and special projects with vendor account teams. -Develop, share and enforce registration and digital direct marketing best practices. -Maintain an understanding of database that houses website registrants, and offer recommendations for database enhancements. -Develop, share and enforce registration and digital direct marketing best practices. -Compile reporting and analysis on website registered user's database. -Research new methods applicable to email and mobile SMS marketing to improve the productivity of self and the department. -Work on cross-departmental teams that support the department's goal. -Enforce compliance and business rules on data collection, CAN-SPAM, and MMA carrier compliance. -Performs other duties assigned by management.
