This individual ensures the overall engagement management and over sight for the successful execution of large, complex transformational engagements. An integral part of this activity is to establish, develop, and manage the key executive relationships at the customer site in partnership with the Account Team. This individual will also interface with the C-Level Management Team at the Customer site to understand the business issues and concerns required to be solved. The Engagement Director's (ED) will provide oversight for Delivery for the Region (North-Central)The ED will ensure the overall success and delivery of the engagement by employing Industry Leading best practices. Position Responsibilities:* Oversee Engagement Delivery * Acting as the Engagement Director for key / strategic pursuits * Provide vision & direction for engagements * Be the client escalation point * Oversee Revenue Recognition * Oversee T&E Capture and Billing * Be part of large-scale Data Center Consolidation/transformation programs from due diligence/ road mapping to implementation supported by appropriate SME teams accountable for engagement success (client SAT and financials) * Participate in major deal pre-sales efforts where significant consulting value added support is essential to win * Provide pre-sales & pursuit support for the region including: * Developing RFP responses * Creating SOWs * Engaging the right SMEs for the pursuitAs a senior member of the consulting organization, this candidate must be able to mentor junior members of the team and lead small teams (4-7 people) in the consulting group on engagements. The selected candidate must be able to travel regionally up to 50% of the time. Required Skills: * Strong teaming skills; works well across complex organization and drives collaboration* 15+ years of experience working with one or more Tier 1 consulting firm / systems integrators in a consulting solution capacity* Significant experience
