EXECUTIVE LEGAL ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR BOOMING MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN DOWNERS GROVE - $45K!!! This company is totally dedicated to material-handling equipment. In the 1950s, the company revolutionized the job site with the world's first forward-reaching, rough-terrain machines. Since then, they've continued to give customers superior machines that can tackle their toughest demands.
The Executive Assistant must have 3+ years of experience and will provide support for the CEO, President, Director of HR, and General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include: Provide executive level administration, including arrangement of travel Support General Counsel with drafting, reviewing, editing and compiling board and committee related materials from the legal department, including resolutions, consents and evaluation for Board of Trustees Draft and review standard legal agreements, and liaised with counter-parties in achieving mutually acceptable terms and conditions subject to execution Create and maintain working relationships with vendors including outside counsel firms Provide executive level administration support to CEO, President, Director of HR, and General Counsel. Coordinate and manage complex domestic and international multi-leg travel for the above individuals, in addition to using frequent flier mileage programs with multiple airlines Schedule and prepare domestic and international conference calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings utilizing resourceful time zone databases for all departmental managers and Executive Management and Senior Executive Management from companys corporate headquarters Organize company events, and company (on and off-site) due diligences Initiate necessary documentation and paperwork for international travel Create and maintain management expense reports, often converting expense items in multiple currencies
