Currently, Kelly IT Resources in search of a MS Dynamics NAV CRM Analyst for one of our clients in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Our client will be transitioning its current legacy systems to an ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM. We are seeking an experienced IT professional (CRM Technician/Specialist) to assist and participate in the development, testing and implementation of the CRM software.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on functional knowledge of CRM applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM. This individual will also have the business knowledge as well as product knowledge necessary to assist end-users and developers through the phases of the implementation life cycle.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM (Customer relationship management) system implementation and support (including GL, AP and AR), preferably with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

• Knowledge of the business processes used within an organization, including purchasing, inventory control, accounting, reporting and sales.

• Knowledge of data migration

• Thorough knowledge of integration best practices

• Effective time management skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent documentation skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Ability to work individually and in a team environment

Additional Responsibilities:

• Compile user requirements and company specific processes to convey to the vendor development team throughout the implementation process.

• Assist in defining functional requirements for customizations and enhancements in sufficient detail for implementation by the development team.

• Perform system configurations based on the requirements gathered during the analysis phase.

• Provide solutions for an efficient and successful data migration from the old legacy systems to the CRM software.

• Design testing requirements and perform unit and system testing of application modules that will be developed by the CRM vendor.

• Assist with end-user training.
