We are currently searching for strategic and analytical Marketing Manager to set the strategy and execute the plan for all marketing communications and positioning efforts, including advertising, online and social media, events, campaigns/promotions, and website content to raise awareness and scale lead production for internal sales team.  This will include managing the marketing calendar and ensuring that all corporate marketing projects are on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic marketing:  manage corporate branding, positioning and major message development in conjunction with VP of Marketing.
• Social media: lead efforts to communicate, engage and develop content that plugs company into targeted social channels.
• Marketing communication collateral (ads, brochures, posters, case studies etc.)
• Events (trade shows, exhibitions, congresses and special events etc.)
• Mar Com items related to online marketing (website, banners, e-newsletters, SEM, SEO etc.)
• Help lead and develop the company’s infant Social Media strategy
• Analyze and evaluate performance of campaigns, events, and promotions, and make actionable recommendations to optimize future performance.
• PR activities such as press releases, interviews, product reviews, award submissions, and more, including managing our PR Firm relationship
• Evaluate market research and adjust strategy to meet landscape and competitive conditions
• Assist other departments within organization by preparing marketing materials to assist departmental and organizational objectives
• Lead, guide and develop the Marketing Communications team with personal and budgetary responsibility in cooperation with VP of Marketing.

The Marketing Manager will ensure implementation of project roadmap and of communication measures (manage resources, timelines, deliverables) and secure an adequate level of quality. This includes ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines (e.g. Corporate design, corporate language, segmentation), including legal approvals for branding communication measures when necessary.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years corporate marketing communications.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken) with ability to represent our company in a professional environment.
• Experience with online marketing, ideally with social media
• Experience managing advertising, PR and other marketing services vendors, including vendor selection, negotiation of contracts, etc.
• Possesses the innovative spirit needed to drive the marketing strategy through the team.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally with the executive team, management peers and internal and external customers.
• Ability to budget and plan for marketing campaigns and events.
• Analytical skills to conduct ROI analysis.
• High degree of organizational and project management skills with ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s degree and management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, web publishing and other software business skills.
