JOB SUMMARY
A Medical Assistant is an employee who performs a wide variety of patient care services under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Such services can involve therapeutic and/or diagnostic procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Position requires completion of a certified program for medical assistants, or comparable training. Basic Life Support training and CPR certification preferred. Computer experience and keyboard familiarity required. Previous phlebotomy experience preferable. Bilingual(Spanish) preferred.
