This position will be responsible for overseeing the appraisal order pipeline for retail mortgage. Functions include managing day to day transaction level appraisal disputes and appraiser performance concerns. Work closely with mortgage bankers, staff appraiser, processors, and Appraisal Management Companies (AMC?s). Emphasis will be placed on delivering quality service and support to mortgage loan officers, processors, and bank customers.
