This position will be working with our internet-based learning platform TPC Online™. TPC Online™ provides access to TPC techinical skills and safety related courseware, assessment tests, and on-the-job training guides.
Designed for both the individual and organizations, TPC Online™ is a true learning management system that is often utilized as a total training solution. It is available 24-hours a day, from virtually anywhere users have access to the internet using a web-based browser.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for entering, maintaining and updating a database containing customer information
Assist clients with technical support related to internet and e-commerce products and services
Assist in maintenance of client-specific online training sites
Work in conjunction with Training Consultants to enhance online experience
Assist in the development of customized online courses
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will be personable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Proven ability to document conversations with clients and develop in-depth knowledge of system operations
Ability to follow processes with attention to detail
Must be a self-starter and upbeat team player contributing in an energetic team environment
