Description of Outside Sales:
Libertyville facility is currently seeking aggressive, motivated and experienced technical sales professionals in our OUTSIDE Sales department. The focus will be on various plastic and metal applications. Our core business consists of selling machined and fabricated plastic/metal parts. This position will focus on development of a medical, industrial and scientific customer base in the device, orthopaedic, spinal, dental, scientific and automatic packaging industries. For this position, prospective employees could either be a full time Piper employee or an Independent Sales Representative.
Requirements:
A great personality, dedicated work ethic and professional demeanor are required.
Mechanical Aptitude and Problem Solving Skills are Required!
Interested candidates must have at least 5 years experience in sales.
Previous experience in plastics and/or machining and/or mechanical engineering helpful. Persons with a background in medical device and equipment, orthopaedic implant, scientific device sales or engineering would also be strong candidates.
Must have proven appointment setting experience and strong time management habits.
