PLASTIC FABRICATORS WITH PLASTIC WELDING NEEDED!
A fabricator will perform the following tasks:
performing layouts
cutting, welding and glueing thermoplastic sheet rod and tube
They will produce:
custom duct
fume scrubbers
vessels
tanks
pipe fabrication
anything that can be sketched for industrial applications
A fabricator will operate the following:
hand, extrusion and butt welders
benders
panel and table saws
heating and forming equipment
routers
drills and hand tools.
Math, layout, blue print reading, mechanical background, and visualization skills very useful. Basic hand tools required. Some local and out of town travel required must have transportation and a driver’s license. Required overtime. Positive flexible easygoing attitude appreciated.
Requirements:
An individual with fabrication skills, duct layout, cabinet making skills, or an Industrial mechanic would probably have the background that could make a quick transition.
