Job Description :
POSITION WILL BE BASED IN YORK, PENNSYLVANIA! Responsible for complete product life cycle management for assigned products, including market analysis, product definition and development, product positioning and pricing, market introduction, development of product line extensions and enhancements, etc. Drive key business decisions throughout the organization to achieve desired ies will include the following: Market research and analysis to support existing and potential product lines. Work laterally throughout the organization to gather necessary resources, achieve results, and meet objectives. Plan and manage all aspects of product development and introduction for assigned products Conduct competitive analysis including competitive product comparisons and benchmarking to ensure that RTI products are positioned properly and to provide tools to the sales elop and implement marketing support programs to enhance sales growth. Develop collateral materials and sales presentations, and interface with key customers and potential accounts as necessary to support product lines and sales objectives. Identify and cultivate outside resources where necessary to support specific developmental or product needs. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and workshops as appropriate.
Job Requirements :
Bachelors degree in marketing, engineering, or business administration; MBA preferred Five or more years progressive experience in product management, with demonstrated results Excellent organizational, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams Solid MS Office skills; proficiency with MS Project or other project/product management software preferred Ability to handle multiple products/projects at one time and deliver results in a timely fashion Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally on an intermittent basis to support business requirements. Familiarity and experience with automotive tools, equipment, and technology a definite plus.
