Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Manage all technical aspects of multiple key projects
Designs, validates provides test reports and sign-off documents and ensures production readiness.
Work with other departments (CAD, FEA, and laboratory) to support ongoing engineering initiatives.
Interface with suppliers and customers to validate the design and test results of ongoing projects.
Provide continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
Supervisor position will lead Mechanical Engineers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
At least 5 years design and analysis experience with dynamic products
Demonstrable ability to manage major projects and meet deadlines
Product innovation.
Demonstrated leadership experience required for Supervisor position
