Job Description
•Manage/lead multiple web projects including discussing technical solutions, hosting and quality. Understand and direct/participate in all phases of project implementation on several large web initiatives
•Align with business project sponsor to deliver digital media strategic projects around patient relationship databases, email campaigns and web site development
•Interact with customers to understand their requirements and to anticipate IT solutions based on business and technical knowledge.
•Provide direct supervision of vendor deliverables to ensure best practices and Baxter standards are followed.
•Prioritize work break down structure (WBS) and schedules
•Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence to standards/ regulatory requirements.
•Manage (educate and influence) the business project sponsor.
•Accountable for project budget on small/medium size projects while working directly with external vendors.
•Provide project performance feedback to the team member's supervisor/manager.
•Participate in the research, analysis, selection, and implementation of new tools, technologies and/or services.
Job Requirements
•Expert in project management/processes and/or SDLC.
•Experience with Web tools (Web servers, WebTrends) preferred.
•Experience with Pad/iPhone based projects is a plus.
•Strong business acumen. Solid presentation skills, oral and written communication skills and teamwork skills.
•Strong influencing skills.
•Understanding of FDA regulations/AdProm process is a strongly preferred.
•Proven track record on delivering large scale projects.
•Project Management Certification preferred.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or relevant work experience. MBA is a plus
•3+ years of project leadership.
