Registry Food Service Worker Facility: Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, Chicago, IL Department: Food & Nutrition Services Schedule: Registry Shift: Day/PM rotation Hours: 6-2:30PM or 4Pm until close Job Details: Under the direction and guidance of the Food Service Supervisior or Manager, the Food Service Wroker performs an variety of functions and tasks pertinent to the production, service, sanitation, and distribution of food to both patients and employees. A Food Service Worker may work in various areas of the department patient trayline, dishroom, pot wash, cafeteria, cashier, feeding and formula preparation, catering, etc. Prior knowledge of saintation principles in large-scale food productin and asset. Prior cooking/food service experience preferred. Certification Food Service Sanitation certificate an asset.
