  • 10 years of relevant IT services solutions - business experience selling outsourcing solutions in the Banking Industry •
  •  Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives in the Banking industry •
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships as well as existing relationships within the Banking Industry •
  •  Must have a working knowledge of off-shore/ far-site model •
  • Must have a history of selling in solutions. •
  • Must be used to a base + commission


Roles & Responsiblities:


Selling IT services and outsourcing solutions to Banks Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts in the Banking Vertical Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.


Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi million dollar engagements.


In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms, Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory. Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
