Sales Manager
Response Genetics is looking for top flight candidates from major drug companies who have experience selling to oncologists and exceeding quota on a regular basis.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling a customizable menu of personalized medical tests to oncologists within an assigned territory. In addition, the Regional Sales Manager will have direct responsibility for building the business within a new territory.
A minimum of 3 years of proven success in lung/colon oncology sales
Access to local oncologists
Previously garnered top sales awards and frequently recognized for achievements
Ability to independently create and execute a sales plan to build new business.
Display a positive work ethic with a strong commitment to results
Proven leadership ability
CHARACTERISTICS:
Possess a sense of ownership of the territory/RGI Franchise
Ability to be "hands on" and work well within a small company
A self-starter who finds a way to get the job done
