Senior Designer
Primary responsibilities include working closely with the Creative Director, Lead Designer, Lead Programmer, and Art Leads to create high quality games in a variety of genres. The Senior Designer must have strong communication and organizational skills, and be highly proactive while working in a fluid environment with multiple projects.
The Senior Designer must be comfortable with prototyping and scripting game ideas & concepts quickly, and following through on the ideas iteratively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate tasks & efforts of other designers.
Create and document design for a wide variety of game genres.
Implement the design and establish a high quality standard.
Collaborate with Art, Cinema, Animation and other disciplines in an organized, clear, and productive manner.
Prototype creative ideas quickly via scripting and evolve them into full game systems while working with the programming.
