SharePoint Administrator
Our mission at the DuPage County Health Department is to promote physical and emotional health, prevent illness, injury and disability, protect health from environmental risk factors and strive to assure the provision of accessible, quality service. In order to fulfill our mission, we need an experienced SharePoint Administrator to install, configure and manage site layout, structure and content including maintaining MOSS 2010. This is a full time opportunity with 37.5 hours per week.
Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, configuring SharePoint services and settings; documenting SharePoint configuration and architecture; deploying and supporting custom-developed Intranet and Extranet sites built on SharePoint (MOSS) 2010; serving as technical liaison including developing applications, interfaces, advanced workflows, and custom web parts; assisting with backups and restoring of SharePoint sites and databases; managing site quotas, file size limits and security and user access; completing the build-out of team and projects sites based on gathered requirements; providing SharePoint training to internal users and help desk support to end users; maintaining confidentiality of privileged information and adhering to client privacy laws; and participating in emergency activities as assigned.
