Currently, Kelly IT has an exciting new opportunity for a Change Agent/Manager to manage and execute the communication and organizational change activities related to the global implementation of a new Digital ecommerce marketing technology platform. We are seeking an experienced Change Leader to join our Digital Marketing eCommerce team in Glenview, IL to serve in a critical change leadership role. Key job responsibilities: 1. Develop communication plans, messages and materials. 2. Develop training programs and materials working with the Training organization. 3. Lead process and role engineering / re-engineering defining as-is and to-be state and a detailed executable plan to transition for the to-be state. 4. Create and manage detailed change management project plan supporting the technology and process changes. 5. Work with the project team to integrate the change management activities into the overall project plan. 6. Assess the impact of business process and technology changes on the organization structure, jobs and skill sets. 7. Conduct readiness assessment; evaluate results and present concrete recommendations for action. 8. Be an active, positive and visible coach for change helping people understand and align to the change. 9. Identify resistance and performance gaps, and develop and execute corrective actions while, at all times, being a positive motivator and enabler. 10. Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption and proficiency of individual changes, and make recommendations to remediate any variances to targets. 11. Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies. 12. Carefully balance change management activities to be meaningful, relevant and timely being sensitive to over communicating. 13. Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrate success. Key Requirements: • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Learning, Communications Organization Behavior, Organization Development or similar fields. • 5+ years experience in providing organizational change management solutions in support of large-scale process/technology projects. • Experience with change management methods and tools. • Highly proficient in written and oral Strong Project Management skills. • Must be available for minimal travel. Highly motivated, energetic and dynamic presence. • Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization • Excellent and active listening skills. Problem solving and root cause identification skills. • Strong analytic and decision making skills along with superior facilitation skills. • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others. • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. • Able to effectively defuse and resolve conflicts.
